Guaranteed Salary

Sonwil drivers know what their minimum take home is each week. If you’re driving local for Sonwil, you’re paid an hourly rate, and full-time local drivers will average 40 hours of paid time. Our regional and over-the-road drivers can count on a guaranteed salary for the week. Other companies pay their drivers by the mile…and while this can be lucrative, it’s highly dependent on the loads you haul, how you’re dispatched, and how good the shippers and receivers are about minimizing your dwell time.
